Annual Water Leak Detection & Bathroom Fan Cleaning

We inspect the kitchen faucet + dishwasher, bathroom taps, back of toilette + visible toilette piping, bathtub shower nozzle + hand-held spray wand, as well as your clothes washer and washer supply piping, for visible water leaks.
Note: We cannot prevent all future water leaks.  However most water leaks start out as slow leaks (when was the last time you heard of a water pipe bursting in a condo or apartment!).  These slow leaks can cause a lot of expensive damage by the time they are discovered (often by your neighbor below). We can help minimize this expensive damage by catching these visible leaks early.
Of all the potential water leak sites, there are 2 that are not easily accessible to inspect: 1) Wax seal under toilette.  To minimize this risk we recommend that this wax seal be replaced every 10 years.  The approx. cost is $200., done by your favorite plumber. 2) Bathtub overflow + drain: both are not easily accessible.
